Hello, my name is Václav Pokorný, I am working in Talhofer Finance s.r.o. for the second year as a financial associate and my main task is the long-term service of existing clients.

I work with clients to ensure that their contracts are properly set up with respect to their current financial and life situation.

About me

I work in the office as a non-life insurance specialist and mortgage specialist.

Within non-life insurance I service our clients with all of their property contracts, I deal with the correct contract set-up so that the client is not disadvantaged and harmed by a poorly set-up contract, I monitor contract anniversaries and I deal with clients in advance to recalculate the contracts in question. Furthermore, within non-life insurance, I deal with the termination of contracts with clients due to the sale of insured property, I also participate in the reporting of insurance claims within non-life insurance.

Another branch of my work in the office is the processing of loans to our clients from the initial idea of the entire loan concept, to the signing of contracts and the fulfillment of the subsequent conditions of the loan. I work with clients not only on loans for the purchase of real estate or renovation, but also on loans for the acquisition of anything.

Within the office, I am responsible for almost all administration and also for preparing documents for submission to the head office. I am also involved in the daily running of the office (mail, picking up and delivering documents, etc.).

Benefits for the clients

My contribution to my clients is to work well with all my colleagues in the team. I try to approach requests from clients responsibly, independently and as far in advance as possible.

So if I combine the benefit for clients and for the office, it is in setting up and scheduling the work in my head, the system and the time schedule. This gives me a time reserve to deal with any emergencies. It also allows me to focus on long-term tasks without affecting the daily running of the office.
